Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or missing:
- 1. Contact the courier first using your tracking number
- 2. Notify us if the issue continues
- 3. We will assist in resolving the issue asap

Authority to Leave (ATL)
Some couriers may leave parcels unattended.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping details.
Orders already dispatched cannot be updated.
If returned to us due to incorrect address:
Customer pays reshipping fee
